Voor het eerst in haar carriere komt de Finse zangeres Tarja Turunen met een solo live audio en video debuut in haar rock outfit. Turunen, wiens bereik maarliefst 3 octaven bevat, begon haar solo carriere na het verlaten van de zeer succesvolle Finse gothic/symfonische metalband Nightwish in 2005.

Sindsdien heeft zij twee succesvolle solo albums afgeleverd en tourt zij met haar nieuwe band over de hele wereld. Act I bevat Tarja haar beste solo nummers, een aantal Nightwish klassiekers (o.a. Nemo) en covers van o.a. Andrew Lloyd Webber zijn ‘Phantom of the Opera’. Bovendien bevat deze HD registratie twee gloednieuwe songs.
